We originally had our property on with a much larger agent, without success. When they suggested we rent it out instead of selling because there was too much local competition we decided to change agent. Within a few days of switching to Young Residential we had several viewings and two offers. Duncan provided a great sales service. Our property was empty but the computer generated photos (that showed the rooms as if they were furnished) were excellent. Duncan was quick to keep us posted on viewings/offers and all communication was excellent.
Once the sale was agreed Becky took over as the progression agent. Becky kept us up-to-date and helped to keep things moving along.
Both Duncan and Becky were very professional yet gave a personal service. Duncan has many years' experience in the industry and it shows. He knows what he's talking about!
